Some of my favorites:
-The Hunger Games Trilogy!!!
-Divergent Trilogy!!!
My Favorite Genres:
-Romance
-Dystopian
Age Level- Young Adult
the "Gone" series by Michael Grant is really good YA fiction that I recommend to those who like the hunger games
If you like dystopian YA, read Margaret Peterson Haddix's "Shadow Children" series. It's about a dystopian future country that has a strict two-child policy, with the protagonist being one of the forbidden third children who has to be hidden from the state.
The Martian, Artemis, and Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir. For some reason I like both Hunger Games and Weir books quite a lot, maybe the same will be true for you.
I recommend "Turtles All The Way Down" by John Green.
It's a bit dark, the main character has lost of mental issues, yeah,
But it's an experience I cannot recommend enough.
Also, while it's not a book per-say, "And then we'll be ok" by Poet/Youtuber Excurb1a is an amazing take on philosophy, actualization, and what it means to be "ok"
