Sources for resolution: NTSB Aviation Accident Reports (https://www.ntsb.gov/investigations/Pages/Investigations.aspx)

If the NTSB does not release a final report by December 31, 2025 then "The NTSB does not release a final report by December 31, 2025." resolves as YES and all other answers will be resolved based on my best interpretation of existing information from sources I consider reliable, such as preliminary reports, information from other official agencies, or official statements from the NTSB reported on by multiple news sources I consider to be accurate (I will be lenient on this, anything "legacy media" will be accepted, tabloids or "background" statements from "someone involved in the investigation" will not).

Intentional acts such as terrorism, suicide, or other forms will not be considered "errors" for the purpose of resolution.

Note that this is for ANY cause the NTSB considers to have contributed to the crash. To trade on the PRIMARY cause of the crash, I have established a second market to trade here.
